PMComplete Pty Ltd Releases Version 8.00 of PMComplete™
PMComplete™ version 8.00 has now been released and installed at all Client sites.
Some of the major features included in this new version are:
- The Enterprise RoadMap
- Information Technology Management (IT) RoadMap
- Supply Chain Management (SCM) RoadMap
- Enterprise Project and Portfolio/Programme Management (EPPM) RoadMap
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) RoadMap
- Strategic Business Initiative Management Roadmap
- Delete Unreferenced Records static data function
- Substantial revisions to Performance Reviews RoadMap
- Disaster Recovery RoadMap
- You can now drill-down on the PMComplete™ Sub-System Diagrams
- Supplier Relationship Management RoadMap
- Reminders for Occasional Users display added to Top Menu Frame icons
- Project's Scorecard report now re-named to "Project's Scorecard - Complete" (displays all sections)
- Project's Scorecard - Optional report (always displays Summary and Executive Summary and then only those sections where there is data)
- Action Items by Type/Date/Priority and Action Items Register reports now have an additional option to select All Incomplete plus a Closed Since Date
- General cleanup of how e-mail addresses are recorded, displayed and printed from Person screen and Candidate screen
- New Option and Preference to repeat Operation Buttons at the bottom of all maintenance screens
- Data Base Transaction Type Documentation report and Table Map maintenance have now been moved from the System Administration sub-system to Core sub-system

- Import Data now allows specifying if matching imported data can overwrite current data in PMComplete™ as well as shows current Default Workgroup as well as strips of all leading and trailing spaces from all fields
- Record lists no longer paginate and are no longer banded, but have quick single-character filtering where appropriate
- Menu Frame narrowed, Top Menu Frame now grey to match browser, bread crums on 3-frame menus, "Add" Operation Button added to the bottom of record lists, tree view replaces button view, expansion of a project, a person or a company only displays those transaction types that have data for that project, person or company
- Quick Add selection on menu frame (set from Options and Preferences screen)
- Add and Change maintenance screen operation buttons replaced by Save operation button
- Maintenance Screen Opens with List Options and Preferences screen option now only opens with (if appropriate) current records and (if appropriate) with your records. This also applies to drill-downs from Dashboards
- Add of a new project now automatically creates an Action Items Register and Project in Portfolio/Programme entries for the "All Projects", "All External Projects" (where appropriate), "All Internal Projects" (where appropriate), all portfolios/programmes where "OurProjectManager's" full surname occurs in the name, all portfolios/programmes where "ClientProjectManager's" full surname occurs in the name, all portfolios/programmes where "OurAccountManager's" full surname occurs in the name and all portfolios/programmes where "Client's" full name occurs in the name. These all ONLY when entered at the time the project is added
- General cleanup of Training Administration Dashboard
- Revised PMComplete™ demonstration screen to include hints about what data is available

- Billability and Utilisation report no longer shows cost and charge-out amounts. It now has section breaks for ourganisation unit and company
- Changes to line item maintenance displays to always make 2 lines but make narrow width
- Ability to enter comments on timesheets that are imported
- General improvements to record selection criteria for Forthcoming Activities report
- HelpDesk Role-Based RoadMap
- Timesheet list now shows WIP (to see if completed) and Approved Date (to see if approved waiting on posting)
- Project Manager Role-Based RoadMap
- Courses can now have split dates (eg, 2 days then a 2-week break back on the job and then a 1-day refresher). Split courses are linked and all dates are displayed on reports and drop-down lists
- Course Planning Schedule by Presenter now allows date selection to span multiple months
- Course Planning Schedule by Venue now allows date selection to span multiple months
- Course Planning Schedule by Presenter now shows all schedulable people (ie, Presenters) and can be used to assign courses
- Timesheets now allow either Start Time/End Time OR Elapsed Hours to be recorded
- General improvements to Document Repository report and attachment list formatting
- The Report Menu functionality has now been subsumed into the Top Frame toolbar menu
- Ability to specify a RoadMap as a Dashboard
- Course Participant Certificates (Attendance) report (100173)
- Addition of Workgroup to Course Schedule/Class maintenance screen
- Addition of both Top Company logo and Client Company logo to all education and training reports destined for Client consumption
- Addition of the concept of a Region to Location and Property (specified by a special Type) and the ability to specify a Region OR a Location on all location-based reports (including sending e-mails and document repository searching)

- Changed Travel maintenance screen to allow recording of return booking on 1 screen
