You can choose to licence PMComplete™ or you can choose to rent it.
In-House Server Pricing
1. Enterprise-Wide Pricing
- One-off server licence fee (plus GST where applicable)
- Annual support and maintenance fee of 18% of the one-off server licence fee (plus GST where applicable)
- Additional support and training at a quoted per day rate
Includes:
- 5 person days of configuration, support and training
- Unlimited number of system users working for the same business entity.
- Also allows Clients and vendors of that business entity to use the system to access project and other data being run by the business entity (ie, not their own projects)
Clients are expected to provide:
- Microsoft® Windows 2000 Server software, Windows XP or Windows 2000 Professional software (ie, not necessarily "server" grade hardware nor software)
- Microsoft® SQL Server™ 2000 software licences
- Microsoft® IIS software licence
- All hardware
- All system administration
2. Per User Fee Pricing
- One-off set up fee (plus GST where applicable)
- One-off per named user fee (plus GST where applicable)
- Annual support and maintenance optional fee (plus GST where applicable) per named user (ie, 20% of licences)
- Additional support and training at a quoted per day rate
Clients are expected to provide:
- Microsoft® Windows 2000 Server, Windows XP or Windows 2000 Professional (ie, not necessarily "server" grade hardware nor software)
- Microsoft® SQL Server™ 2000 licences (the licence-free Microsoft® Data Engine (MSDE) can be utilised where there are a small number of users)
- Microsoft® IIS licence
- All hardware
- All system administration
Application Service Provider (ASP) Pricing
Everything is included in the one monthly fee. This leads to a very low/inexpensive Total Cost of Ownership.
You can rent the usage of PMComplete™ on a project basis (eg, you may want to use it on a one-off large project, but not for smaller projects). Sometimes it is easier to receive funding by including the cost of "materials" into a project's OPEX budget. If the project goes for 9 months, then just rent the usage of PMComplete™ for 9 months.
3. Per User Per Month ASP Pricing
- Monthly licence fee (plus GST where applicable) per named user using a shared instance of the software
- Additional support requests and training at a quoted per day rate
4. Per Month ASP Pricing
- One-off set up fee (plus GST where applicable)
- Monthly licence fee (plus GST where applicable) for a unique instance of the software (includes a provision for 1,000MB of network traffic) with no user restrictions
- Additional support requests and training at a quoted per day rate
Clients are expected to provide:
- No licences
- No hardware
- No initial set up fee
- No technical system administration
- Business system administration only
