Each of the above listed items consists of multiple PM^Complete™ functions allowing you to add new records, change, replicate, delete and list existing records, chart, enquire on and report on records, add an unlimited number of soft copy document attachments to records, classify records, monitor their status through their life cycle, sort the displays into a variety of sequences, print reports, drill-down on reports and e-mail these reports.

PM^Complete™ allows you to manage Action Items across all of your projects as well as all of your meetings for your whole company.

Each meeting, each person, each company, each team, each organisation unit, each portfolio/programme and each project should have a separate Action Items Register set up.  Action Items can then be recorded against the appropriate register.

You can monitor progress (including excuses) as well as record both the original expected date and any revised expected date.

Reports use colour-coded "traffic lights" to indicate the status of each action item.
