Each of the above listed items consists of multiple PM^Complete™ functions that allow you to add new records, change, replicate, delete and list existing records, chart, enquire and report on records, add an unlimited number of soft copy document attachments to records, classify records, monitor their status through their life cycle, sort the displays into a variety of sequences, print reports, drill-down on reports and e-mail these reports.

PM^Complete™ allows you to manage your enterprise's business calendar.

You define your calendar to fit your business.  You can define your calendar to begin at any time and your fical year can also begin at any time.  You can have as many accounting periods as you want in a year.  Accounting periods can be for calendar months or for 4/5-week periods.  They can even overlap and you can have both if you need this capability (ie, they can have different lengths).

Your calendar includes:

• Accounting periods (ie, month-end close-off dates)
• Flex-Periods (ie, major and minor)
• Company holidays
• Significant dates:
  • Board meeting dates
  • Monthly project status report due dates
  • etc

You can control which accounting periods are open.  This allows you to control if financial transactions can be posted to an accounting period (or not).  You can have as many accounting periods open as you wish (eg, last month, this month and next month).  You can re-open accounting periods if you want.

Most PM^Complete™ reports allow you to specify either an Accounting Period or a date range.
