Each of the above listed items consists of multiple PM^Complete™ functions that allow you to add new records, change, replicate, delete and list existing records, chart, enquire and report on records, add an unlimited number of soft copy document attachments to records, classify records, monitor their status through their life cycle, sort the displays into a variety of sequences, print reports, drill-down on reports and e-mail these reports.

PM^Complete™ allows you to record details about:

You need to add both a company and an organisation unit before you can add a person, so that you can record which organisation unit and company that the person works for (in the Person in Organisation maintenance screen).

You can add companies, organisation units and people as well as people in organisations all in the one transaction by using the "Business Card Add" FUNCTION menu item.
