Each of the above listed items consists of multiple PMComplete™ functions that allow you to add new records, change, replicate, delete and list existing records, chart, enquire and report on records, add an unlimited number of soft copy document attachments to records, classify records, monitor their status through their life cycle, sort the displays into a variety of sequences, print reports, drill-down on reports and e-mail these reports.
PMComplete™ allows you to manage items that are lockable and then who has keys to them.
You can use this functionality to record both "hard" lockable items (eg, doors and cupboards) as well as "soft" lockable items (eg, computer system sign ins and smartcard keys).
You can also record the results of key holder audits (ie, checking that keys are still being held) as well as recalling keys when they need to be changed or when a person leaves the enterprise.
