Each of the above listed items consists of multiple PMComplete™ functions allowing you to add new records, change, replicate, delete and list existing records, chart, enquire and report on records, add an unlimited number of soft copy document attachments to records, classify records, monitor their status through their life cycle, sort the displays into a variety of sequences, print reports, drill-down on reports and e-mail these reports. PMComplete™ allows you to manage your performance indicators, metrics and benchmarks for projects as well as the company. You define each of your project metrics just the once and then record their value and the date of their value as you measure them. You can then chart them as well as report on them. You can also use PMComplete™ to plan surveys and then record and analyse their results. You can record Business Objectives for companies as well as organisation units. Thse can vary over time (ie, from one year to the next). You can measure how projects align with your Business Objectives and then use this as an objective measurement for prioritising the projects in a Portfolio/Programme.
