PMComplete allows you to manage your project requirements and your equipment as well as all of your configuration management information.
You can record your project requirements, track changes and variations as well as map vendor responses (to a Request For Information (RFI), for instance) to your requirements.
You can record details about your equipment (both for your whole practice as well as for a specific project) and then track its usage. PMComplete provides you with a sophisticated equipment register. You can manage all of you hardware, software and other assets as well as licences. You can track all of the equipment at a location, perform audits of the equipment, track unused/unassigned equipment, assign equipment to be shared (eg, servers and printers) as well as assign equipment to specific people (eg, personal computers, etc). You can use PMComplete to track the deployment of equipment by a project as it occurs and then pass this information to either another system or another group (eg, Finance Department) for them to do what they want to do with it.
