Each of the above listed items consists of multiple PMComplete functions that allow you to add new records, change, replicate, delete and list existing records, chart, enquire and report on records, add an unlimited number of document attachments to records, classify records, track their status through their life cycle, sort the displays into a variety of sequences, print reports, drill-down on reports and e-mail these reports.

PMComplete allows you to manage your seminars, workshops, exhibitions, conferences, meetings, and contacts.

For seminars, workshops, exhibitions, conferences and meetings (as well as training) you can print both lapel name labels as well as desktop name labels for participants.

You can create generic meetings (eg, a meeting that is repeated either regularly or on an ad hoc basis) as well as define the standard participants that would normally attend (eg, a project steering committee meeting with the sponsor, project manager and business manager as participants).

You can then define specific occurrences of that meeting and who actually did attend (including expert witnesses, etc).

You can link an Action Items Register to a meeting so that you can track the actions that come out of it from one meeting to the next.

PMComplete also allows you to record all of your contacts with people so that you can have a complete history of all contacts.  Both these functions are designed to be used one-handed, while you are on the telephone.

You can even use PMComplete to manage visitors to your premises.  You can keep an electronic register of who is coming/has come as well as print visitor's lapel name labels for them.
