Each of the above listed items consists of multiple PMComplete™ functions that allow you to add new records, change, replicate, delete and list existing records, chart, enquire and report on records, add an unlimited number of soft copy document attachments to records, classify records, monitor their status through their life cycle, sort the displays into a variety of sequences, print reports, drill-down on reports and e-mail these reports. PMComplete™ allows you to manage your employee (and other) suggestions. You can record suggestions, ideas, innovation and improvement opportunities and then monitor their progress and any reward that may be paid. Improvement opportunities are usually devined during business process management activities but can also be related to the benefits from a project. You can use PMComplete™ to become your KnowledgeBase or repository of information about any and all topics within your enterprise. This may be driven simply from post-implementation reviews (PIR) of projects and the lessons learnt during these and/or service call resolutions, or it may be used for a more general repository, being driven by System Users.
