PMComplete Pty Ltd can perform project and portfolio/programme reviews ("audits", "health checks" or "assessments") for a fixed price. We will assess existing project work products, interview key stakeholders and provide a written report on a project's status.
We initially perform a quick (50-minute) survey that helps us to understand the type of review required. Click here to view a Review Breakdown Structure (RBS) for a list of the different types of reviews. Once we understand the type of review required, we then obtain agreement on the purpose, scope, terms of reference, desired outcomes, work products, style, constraints and approach for the review.
We then interview key project participants based on a series of pre-tailored questions as well as collect and review existing project work products. We have detailed check lists for reviewing all of the most common project work products
We then assess this information, develop a Review Report and present this report to you.
In this Review Report we will (among other things):
- Identify what is going right
- Identify what is going wrong
- Make recommendations about what to do next
- Make recommendations about improving organisational capability maturity (policies, processes, procedures, check lists, standards, guidelines, patterns and templates) as well as improving individuals' skills (through training, coaching and mentoring).
We can also devise a project Get Well Plan which may include our on-going involvement.
