PMTime™ - Advanced Project Time Management

We believe that the schedule is the essence of a project.  If you can't get your schedules right, then you are at a significant disadvantage in terms of managing your projects and increasing the risks to your project.

While PMComplete Pty Ltd has extensive, practical experience in all 9 PMI® PMBOK® Knowledge Areas and all 5 PMI® PMBOK® Process Groups, we are an acknowledged authority and experts in Advanced Project Time Management.

There are many companies that do a great job of teaching you the basics of Project Time Management as defined in the PMBOK®.  We specialise in the Advanced aspects of Project Time Management.

You may think you know all there is to know or all you need to know about project scheduling, but once you have attended one of our courses or consulted with us, you will be amazed at how little you knew, how effective our knowledge transfer methods are and how much improvement you have gained in the management of your schedules.

Microsoft® Project Add-In Schedule Debugger

This tool consists of a series of Filters that can be quickly added to each schedule by way of the Microsoft® Project Organiser.  When these Filters are applied, they display errors in your schedule, thereby allowing you to repair them quickly.

Schedule Analysis Tool

This tool imports project schedules and then produces a detailed analysis of suggested improvements and things that are probably wrong (there are rarely any absolutes in project management).  This analysis is for those who are serious about their project scheduling and want them to be more than just a "pretty bar chart".  Because it is a program and not just a set of simple filters, it can perform many more checks than the Microsoft® Project Add-In Schedule Debugger tool (above).

This tool can also check schedules for compliance with the PMI® Practice Standard for Scheduling.

This tool will materially assist you to improve the quality of your schedules.

The analysis performed and resultant report is very useful for Project Management Office staff and independent schedule reviewers to assess schedule quality.
