PM^Complete™ now includes a sophisticated Board Portal.

Introduction

Boards have specialised requirements, including absolute confidentiality (eg, when discussing sensitive issues like mergers and acquistions and staff movements and remuneration) as well as legal obligations (eg, having to hand over all communications logs pertaining to legal matters being heard in a court of law).

Board Access

Board Members can access the PMComplete™ Board Portal by way of any web browser located on any personal computer, notebook, netbook or tablet (eg, iPad) based on their own personal preferences or enterprise standards.

Board Meeting Management

Company Secretaries can plan the schedule of Board meetings as well as each individual Board meeting's agenda.  Board Papers (AKA "Board Books") can be attached so that Board Members can read these electronically or print hard copy as they prefer.

Board Members can easily view their meeting schedule as well as their action items, the agenda for up-coming Board meetings as well as the minutes and Board Papers from previous Board meetings.

Enterprise Strategy Management Management

The enterprise's strategy map can be viewed as well as progress towards meeting business objectives.

Projects that the Board may wish to single out for special attention can be added to a special Board portfolio which can then be monitored.

The progress of projects towards achieving business objectives can also be monitored.

Board Business
