Each of the above listed items consists of multiple PMComplete™ functions allowing you to add new records, change, replicate, delete and list existing records, chart, enquire and report on records, add an unlimited number of soft copy document attachments to records, classify records, monitor their status through their life cycle, sort the displays into a variety of sequences, print reports, drill-down on reports, e-mail these reports and view a check list of issues to address.
Basic Human Resource Management
Allows you to maintain and administer basic human resource records including companies, organisation/business units within companies and who works for each organisation unit, their permanancy (staff, temporary, casual, contractor, etc), roles, locations, manager, default rates, normal working hours and target billability. You can also record any relationships between people (eg, spouse, child, etc).
Positions (establishment heads), roles (and their definitions), designations and career bands are all supported.
You can record standard cost rates for each designation. You can monitor for each person, what the person is paid, what their agency is paid, what it costs you and what you charge-out to Clients.
A variety of telephone numbers and addresses can be recorded. This information forms the basis of a comprehensive suite of telephone number and e-mail address lookup (search/finder) and telephone directory (eg, internal and external) enquiry and reporting features.
A variety of reports can be produced (including anniversary, birthday and performance review alerts, company establishment, etc). Movement between one organisation unit and another is easily recorded.
You can record, search and retrieve human resource policies, processes, procedures, check lists, standards, guidelines, templates and patterns.

Reward and Recognition Management
You can record who has received which awards (eg, Employee of the Month, Saleperson of the Quarter, etc).
You can record what bonuses and commissions have been paid to people and relate this back to one of their personal objectives. read more
You can create surveys and their questions and then have staff (and anyone else) respond to these surveys. You can explicitly limit who can participate in a survey or you can make it unrestricted.
You can analyse the survey results using a variety of different reports and charts.
Surveys can be taken repeatedly (eg, annual staff satisfaction survey).
You can create the questions that will appear on a survey or you can select from pre-entered questions. Questions can require a Yes/No response or a grade response (0-5) and can also allow free-format comments. There is no limit to the number of questions on a survey.

When permanent staff or contractors terminate, you can print a report displaying all of the outstanding activities a person has, together with what company assets have been issued (eg, laptop computer, keys, books, etc) so that you have a detailed list of what work needs to be re-allocated as well as what assets need to be retrieved before they separate.

You can record time against projects including internal controllable (for sales, marketing, training, research and product development) as well as internal non-controllable (for leave in all of its forms) as well as Service Calls and Work Orders. You can optionally record time against a project task. You can optionally record an Estimate To Complete and/or an Estimated Date When Completed. You can optionally control who can record time against a project and/or a project task. You can record a minimum number of hours per week that must be entered. This can be an overall default value as well as specifics for individuals to allow for the differences between permanent staff and contractors as well as part time staff.
When complete, timesheets are sent by way of WorkFlow to each person's manager for approval. You can quickly view a timesheet chart to analyse billable/non-billable, total Client hours, total project hours and total hours by day. After approval timesheets are posted to project ledgers where they can be analysed in a variety of reports and charts.
You can print a report which displays who has not entered their timesheets for use in expediting purposes. You can also optionally send an automatic e-mail to these people. Overall metrics are kept for timesheet timeliness for each person required to complete timesheets. These metrics can be displayed on a person's dashboard as well as on a timesheet timeliness report.
Timesheets can be used to quickly generate debtors invoices for time and materials projects.
Timesheet authorisers can rate both the quality and the timeliness of the work represented by the timesheet, for subsequent analysis prior to performing a performance review.

Wellness (Health and Fitness) Management
You can monitor people's hours worked (based on timesheets submitted) to see if they are working too many hours. You can monitor people's leave (based on both leave requested and approved as well as actual leave taken (based on timesheets submitted)) to see that people are taking their accrued annual leave. You can monitor people's sick leave (based on timesheets submitted) to see if they have health problems that you may wish to address (eg, stress or repetitive strain injuries).
