You can record details about all contracts as well as purchase orders raised against those contracts.  Contracts may be with Clients, vendors, subcontractors, contractors or staff.

Basic Practice Management

Calendar Periods Management

You can record details about your business calendar.  This contains month-end close-off dates as well as Board meeting dates and other important dates including public holidays, factory shutdowns, pay days, major and minor Rostered Days Off (RDO).

You can record special project reporting periods including special periods that may be mandated by different Clients.

This provides a single place to record this information so that everyone in the enterprise is working with the right version of these important dates.

This information can be exported from PMComplete™ and imported into your personal Microsoft® Outlook® calendar.   

Corporate Governance Management

You can record and publish Board meeting dates as well as the minutes of Board meetings.  You can also keep an attendance register/statistics of Board meeting participants.

You can also record Director and employee share holdings.

You can record details about all Board Committees, their charters, participants, meetings, minutes and action items.  Acts as a secure repository for all Board papers.

Documents and Forms Management

You can record details about all hard and soft copy documents.  You can track distributions to recipients.

You can upload and attach any number of soft copy documents of any type to any record of any type in PMComplete™.  This forms the basis of PMComplete™'s document management system.  You can classify documents using a variety of different schemes.  You can search and retrieve documents in the document repository in a number of different ways.

You no longer need to know where a document is filed - only that it is in PMComplete™ somewhere.

You can record details about all forms, including who is responsible for each, where to find the master version and when last reviewed.   

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

You can record and monitor a holistic view of your company's risks.  This can include risks to your company's equipment, people, projects, processes and properties as well as to its vendors and Clients.  Risks can be events that threaten the company's profitability as well as crisis situations and safety incidents.
