Project Integration Management
You can record your Project Management Plan (PMP) in the PMComplete™ document repository. You can record the results of your stakeholder assessments. You can record details about and monitor all approvals and authorisations received for both the project (eg, approval to progress to the next stage gateway) as well as project work products.
You can monitor project progress in a variety of ways. From a time, cost and work perspective, you could monitor the status of:
