You can manage each property's profit and loss by defining it as a project.

You can record property reviews, inspections and assessments.

You can record details about assessments of contractors.

You can lookup a locality's Postcode.

You can lookup a time at a different locality.   

Facility and Venue Management

You can record details about your facilities and venues at both yours and others properties.

You can record details about bookings for facilities and venues (eg, meeting rooms, conference rooms, board rooms and training rooms).

You can record details about what equipment is located at each facility and venue (eg, whiteboard, data projector, desks, chairs, etc).

Location and Property Management

You can record details about regions and locations.  Regions are groupings of locations for report roll-ups.  A location can be in more than one region.

Many maintenance screens allow you to record a location.  By recording a location, you will be able to make location tree view enquiries (eg, display all projects at a location or display all people at a location).   

Parking Space Management

You can record details about the parking spaces at a location.

You can record who each parking space has been allocated to (including "visitors").

You can print a sign for each parking space for attaching to a wall or signpost.
